Is your life stressful? Are you busy all the time? Do you feel pulled in to many directions at once. Feeling overwhelmed can cause you to experience fear, anxiety and worry. The media loves to talk about all the things that are going wrong in the world- the economy is in upheaval, terrorism is a threat and schools are dangerous for our children. Making you wonder, what I do about these and other issues in my life. This can sometimes lead to being trapped in negative thought patterns. Too much negative thinking can lead to anxiety, fear and dissatisfaction.
