"What The Mind Of Man Can Conceive It Can Achieve.”

Design your dream by imaging what you want. This is not the stage to ask “is this dream possible?” Asking that question so early on is toxic. Don’t destroy the space holding your fragile idea. Of course your dream is possible! Just start with the exuberance and joy of the dream and allow it to percolate inside you. Napoleon Hill said: "What the mind of man can conceive it can achieve.” Using the full power of your imagination rank yourself 1 through 5, 5 being the highest, where you’re at in your life with the following: • Career • Health • Relationships • Spirituality

Are You Stuck In A Rut In Your Life?

Are you stuck in a rut in your life? I once heard a rut defined as a grave with no end. When we experience being in a rut it’s generally because we believe it’s safe there. We feel the risk of loss is less if we just stay where we are. Something outside that rut seems risky, and so we settle in. At least we think we know where we’re at. But if a rut is a grave with no end then surely we don’t realize we’re living life in a grave.

Making Dreams Come True – Getting Noticed In Your Industry

This week I took it upon myself to make one of my dreams come true – I spent the day at a Wild Animal Refuge in Northern Califo ia. I’ve dreamed, since I’m a little girl, of spending time with a monkey – always wanted to connect like that, and was tired of just imagining it – so with the help of a dear friend, we made it happen. The actual day was extraordinary, in that I was gifted to spend the day with 25 wild animals I’d normally not have the chance to experience. With a passion to do something and a strong intention anything can happen.

Your Self-Esteem is On The Rise

Your Self-Esteem is On The Rise “This is what the secret of letting go is all about. First must come the understanding that we are still carrying around the accumulated defeats of a lifetime, and that these weary weights have only served to make us someone sorry, not someone special.” - Guy Finley. The Secret of Letting Go A dream written down with a date becomes a GOAL. A goal broken down into steps becomes a PLAN. A plan backed by ACTION makes your dream come true.

Dreams To Experience To Become Reality

I enjoy doing different types of exercise and like to experience different forms. This year I did yoga which was on my list of things to try. Well, okay. I’ve done yoga lots of times before but it’s been a while and I really had to commit to make this one a reality and ended up finding a great yoga place right by my house; really good classes and I love how good it is for my back and my body in general. Most recently I took a Pilates class – my very first time; I thought it is a great workout and also difficult.

What is Driving Your Success – Is It Inspiration or Programming?

By Debbi Dachinger Joe Vitale said: “We’re either being driven by inspiration or programming.” When a dream or idea that excites us comes to us - we start with inspiration then many quickly move to programming. The inspired idea comes up first with a feeling of extreme pleasure and a passion attached to it, and then suddenly negative thoughts pop up -- those are programming (this means the thoughts belong to someone else but we took them on) which puts the ka-bash on our idea.

Napoleon Hill's: “Invisible Counselors Technique”

Napoleon Hill said he visited with Aristotle, Edison etc. He received brilliant ideas from his visits with the greatest minds – dead or alive. His meetings with counselors, he admitted, may have been fictional and perhaps were only his imagination. However they changed his life. He felt he tapped into an infinite warehouse of wisdom. Back in 1937 Napoleon wrote “Think and Grow Rich,” and the book remains to this day the bench mark to lessons of this kind.
