Become The ONE With The Flashlight In A Dark Cave (You’ll Never Be Without Clients)

While the media is searching out anything to create panic in the eyes of consumers, I want you to think about your own life . When you went to the mall last time, was it empty? What about popular restaurants? Could you hear crickets chirping? Personally, everywhere I go, I’m still waiting in line, I still wait ten minutes for a table, and I’m seeing people STILL buying a lot. In fact, to put it in perspective, our business has made more just last month than most people make all year. What “economy”? I’m telling you this to point out to you that the MEDIA wants you to be scared.

The best way to get client referrals

Sometimes business owners ask me what is the best incentive to get referrals from their clients. There are several ways you could incentivize your client base to encourage them to share referrals and find new clients. However, I’m not sure that is necessary. This is what I believe. I don’t think you actually need to give an incentive in order for happy clients to give you referrals. I believe that deep down in their hearts, they want to give you referrals. This is especially true if they’ve gotten good value from you and if they feel you’ve taken great care of them.

Taking the next step: what to do with clients who finish your program

If you’ve been in business for awhile, you have a number of clients who completed your initial program. You may wonder, “What can I do with these clients next?” They are a valuable group since they have already invested in working with you. You Don’t Need to Learn MORE to Get Clients

“What you have to give is enough – if you give it with all your heart. ”rn-Chieko N. Okazaki For years, I’ve noticed how many of my clients stopped themselves from marketing because they needed to learn MORE. They’d already gone through the required training, and many were certified, but it was like something strange was in the punch bowl and they were all drinking it: the I’m Not Enough Yet fruit punch. It Ain’t Over Til It’s Over (Especially When You’re Closing The Sale)

Multi-task or focus? The truth about which work style gets the job done

Do you feel like you are rushing through your day and not giving any one thing your full attention? I know how easily this can happen because many people use a multi task approach which leaves them feeling scattered and their projects incomplete. Let me share what I do. I can’t talk right now, I’m focused.” This might seem abrupt, but when I’m doing one thing, I need to do that one thing only.r

Make A Decision And “The Way” Will Show Up

I’ve discovered something really interesting in terms of human behavior over the last 3 years. I’m shocked to notice how often people stop themselves by using excuses for not doing something in their business, and in their lives. The thing is, they’re not even aware of it. Here’s what I mean… People SAY they want something very badly, that they want a change, and theoretically, that they’d do anything to get it. But when the rubber meets the road, it’s a totally different story.

Three rules to handle client cancellations

I get a lot of questions about how to handle client cancellations. This is such a common problem, but many business owners have difficulty knowing the best way to deal with a client who cancels at the last minute. What I’ve found is that you need to know three basic concepts to address the situation. 1. Communicate Rules Up Front. When a client signs up, you send them your welcome letter and packet which could be sent via snail mail or email. Instead of many separate pages, you can create one big PDF document with all your policies and procedures.
