What is meditation? By my definition, it's any practice, technique or trick that quiets the mind and allows one to just BE. The goal of meditation is to experience at least a taste of pure bliss. This level of cosmic consciousness is described by a multitude of labels in different spiritual traditions including: Enlightenment, satori (a glimpse of enlightenment), one taste or the non-dual state, samadhi, moksha, heaven or nirvana, Satchitananda--pure truth, consciousness, bliss--being one with the Tao,and many more.

The earth plane is one of many schools for soul evolution. Each lifetime is a different class. In between inca ations, any unresolved karmic baggage weighs our souls down and keeps us from flying high in other dimensions. Dear One, This is the hardest newsletter I’ve ever felt called upon to write. Why? Because I wish I could share more unequivocally positive coming attractions for 2017 and beyond. According to Jung, the craving for alcohol is a low-level spiritual thirst for wholeness. I'll concur with that and add that ALL addictions mask a spiritual hunger to fill the hole in us that can ultimately only be satisfied by a sustainable experience of Cosmic Consciousness or Oneness with Source. That's because the hole in each of us is infinite and nothing less tha Infinite Being can fill it.
