In 2009, my newsletter group conducted an experiment to see if gas prices would lower through visualization. We successfully lowered the prices from around $4.00 to under $2.00 per gallon in less than three months. We visualized that gas prices as approximately $2.00 and saw that number while pumping gas, then imagined that our total purchase was based on the $2 per gallon.
The steps involved in manifestation are simple, but failure can come for many reasons. Often, lack of persistence is the first cause. Meditation should take place every day, with no exception -- and the image must be very clear. Lacking an image, then one projects into a feeling. (Only a high frequency feeling like love or happiness will do.) Eventually, opportunity comes, and then action is required.
The solar eclipse on July 1 swept through like a tsunami, with wild energy. Likely, you felt the wave emotionally, for the eclipse was ruled by Cancer, a feminine water sign. Water rules emotions, so the current either lifted you higher into spiritual union or caused inner conflict to surface, like the debris on a beach after a storm.
Energy follows the direction of the mind and emotions. Creative mental images and positive feelings encourage success. As new images replace the old view of the past, limiting beliefs give way, and life changes as experience begins to reflect inner images All of these intuitive tips are useful for anyone, so use your imagination in application. Begin by connecting with your True Self, the part of you that knows the feeling of being in the flow of life. Imagine it as a marvelous, energizing day. Meditation and exercise are also helpful when a change is courted.
We are all co-creators. The difficulty lies in gaining consciousness of our abilities. Our fields open when we view a flower, child or star, and our energy contributes to the configuration of that field of beauty. Part of its beauty is imbued by our vision, through the sensory reflection of the object at hand. Unknowingly we create in each moment through our resonance, through the meshing of the fields of material objects meeting in ethereal form. A brief impression is formed as an electromagnetic memory, forgotten until once again revisited in later time.

Self-mastery begins with a decision, the determination to move forward no matter what. With all of the spiritual world and light-workers talking about the new world, it’s important to know what it entails on personal basis. Here’s the truth – self-mastery is not like a treat at the end of a class. It comes from devotion and dedication. Words can be read many times without an impact, and sometimes it’s easier to learn from stories, so here’s a personal example.
Meditation is part of my life. I make time for it every day because it changes my life. My practice brings calm and happiness. I see "the light" when I meditate, and I often see images or color. Meditation is also a good tool for imagining a better life or seeing life from a different perspective.
Angel Letters are among my favorite tools for creating change in my life. I write my angels and often ask to see my life differently, as well as requesting answers to insolvable problems. I also ask for material “things” when I need them or am not sure how to take the next step in the life. Sometimes my answers come almost instantly. Other times, I may write many letters before I receive the desired response. But I always feel relieved about my troubles or conflicts after I write them.
I was asked by my friend, Elicia Woodford (she is an expert in this field: http://retreatyourself.me/blog.html), to explain the detoxification process of linking with the One True Self, which is the name of my website and process. The One True Self refers to the “true self” spoken of by Plato, Socrates, Pythagoras and other philosophers on the journey of the soul. The One True Self also refers to the soft voice of the inner self.
“Shifting your energy” means moving to a high frequency, from a lower vibration to a higher one. A lower vibration can be painful, confusing or a cluster of circular thoughts that lead to nowhere. In every person, a place of inner guidance exists. By opening the gate to the inner self, we can find sanctuary and inner peace.
We are moving toward unio mystica, or the cosmic union with the Divine-- as increasing waves of light strike the planet in the ascension process. We are learning how the world responds to our collective consciousness. As always, I am positive about the future. It is my privilege as a human being to choose this alte ative. Despite my happy choice, I am also a realist.
The search for the soul can send your whole life crashing into darkness. I know because I have experienced it. The darkness is not a punishment from a vengeful God or a karmic retribution from a past life time. When the soul gathers enough light from meditation, right action and reflection, the old reality created by the ego simply falls apart. We move from darkness into light and into darkness many times on the journey of the soul. This is the experience of the crashing down of the world created by the ego, a structure that simply doesn’t fit into the agenda of the soul.
