The Value of Push/Pull Marketing In Growing Your Six-Figure Business

Push/Pull marketing is exactly as it sounds. At times you are “pushing” information out to your market and at other times you are implementing strategies to “pull” consumers to you. Regardless of whether you are selling someone else’s products and services (affiliate sales) or your own, if you do not implement a complete marketing strategy that includes the Push/Pull philosophy, you are likely defeating your purpose.

Can a Plant Based Diet Alleviate Food Addictions?

“I couldn’t possibly go plant based. I’m so addicted to sugar and meat it’s impossible to give these things up.” Food addictions are real, as are many other types of addictions. As with most addictions, it takes discipline to get through to the other side of the behavior. When I made the decision to quit drinking 35 years ago, it was not an easy decision. Yet, as I looked at the chaos drinking caused me, the short-term pain had to be better than the life I was living. I was addicted to not only the alcohol, but the resulting chaos drinking contributed to.

You have to be honest with yourself to grow your business

Today I received a message from a new client who hired me to help her get on track with growing her service based business. Her greatest challenge is knowing how to streamline her efforts to accomplish more in a shorter period of time. Like many people, she is busy all day long, but not necessarily productive. There’s a saying, “In order for things to change, I must change.” A primary reason people hire a coach is to change the way they are doing things to be much more productive. If you hire a coach and continue to do things the same way you’re wasting your time and money.r

#1 Rule of Affiliate Marketing and Sales

Recently someone asked me what I think the #1 rule of affiliate marketing is. Actually, there’s more than one top rule, but here’s top of the list. #1 RULE: Pay your affiliates what you owe them when you owe them. Nothing can sour an affiliate relationship faster than you owing someone money or not paying them when you agreed to. Another rule: Pay them what they really earned. The best thing to do to avoid any confusion is to assure ahead of time the affiliate knows when you pay, how you pay and if you hold back any money in case of refunds.

Isn’t This Supposed to Be Easy? The truth about online business success.

There has been so much hype about how easy things should be and that all we need do is visualize what we want and presto! it appears. Although I am a firm believe in the Law of Attraction, there have been major misunderstandings of what the law is about. It is about visualization, focus, and commitment. A great many people take initiative regarding visualization, but one needs focus and commitment to see the law through to its rewards.

It's about pushing the limits

Life is about pushing limits. At least for some of us. In my world, if you’re not pushing limits you’re not seeing what you’re really made of. If you’re not seeing what you’re made of how will you know what you’re capable of? When I push the limits I tend to feel incredibly alive. Something that helps me in my own “limit pushing” is to set intentions on the outcomes I seek.

Obesity and COVID-19 Risks

Let’s not beat around the bush; obesity has so many health challenges that to pretend it is does not increase the risk of likely hospitalization, and even death, when testing positive with COVID-19 is downright foolish. In a word.. it’s deadly. http://plantbasedeatingforhealth.libsyn.com/008-obesity-and-covid-19-risks There is evidence surfacing that the health issues that are a direct result of obesity are the underlying causes for those who die from COVID-19. Underlying causes like heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure are more common among those who carry excess weight.

Are you really who you say you are?

For years I “pounded the pavement” looking for opportunity. I tried just about everything; except one thing; being myself. What I discovered was this; as long as I tried to be someone other than who I am, my success was always an arms distance away. Are you trying to be someone you’re not? Or are you putting your unique self out to the world? Here’s a great example of someone (actually a whole family) who is being themselves. One of my favorite shows is Pit Bulls & Parolees hosted by Tia Torres. I’ll be the first to admit this show is not for everyone.

Plant Based Eating Reduces Effects of Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA)

I’ve recently been binge watching a series created and produced by Dolly Parton; Heartstrings. A feel-good series, Heartstrings always leaves me feeling warm and fuzzy. One episode features Kathleen Turner playing Miss Mary Shaw, a woman living in the backwoods in an old cabin who can tell the future with the use of a small bag of bones. “Bones” as she is affectionately called in the mini-movie, Kathleen Turner is almost unrecognizable from her appearance in movies like Body Heat. The reason? She is living with the effects of Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), including severe pain.

Your wasting money on information products if you're doing this…

Countless dollars are wasted every day on information products. People may as well flush their money down the toilet. You might be wondering why someone who makes their living selling information products would say this. Here's why. More people than not buy product after product in hopes that the "next one" will be the magic bullet. They may have the best intentions when they hit the "buy now" button, but in quick order they get sidetracked, bored or realize it actually takes time, effort and work to get a result.

Why Blog Tours are Great for Book Promotions

If you’re like most authors you have set a goal of selling more books in the coming year. In theory setting goals regarding selling books is great. In reality many authors who have the best intentions soon give up on their goal for any number of reasons. A primary reason is not knowing where to start. It’s not for lack of what to do. Quite the contrary, it’s due to so many choices. One of my favorites is a well planned and executed blog tour. A simple definition of a blog tour is a virtual tour where you stop at (visit) a number of blogs and post relevant information.

If one more person tells me I'm so lucky...

Clean Eating the Whole-Food, Plant Based Way

Clean eating… the latest buzz phrase in the world of eating. While the term “clean eating” is one of the hottest buzz phrases in the past few years, it can often be confusing to the end user of exactly what this term means. At its core, clean eating simply means choosing foods that are closest to nature as possible. In other words, minimal processing. In the world of whole food, plant-based eating, the foods are void of any and all animal products including meats, fish, chicken and dairy. This leaves beans, legumes, fruits and vegetables at the core. This is as clean as it gets.

You're not succeeding with Internet marketing because of this!

In the years I have been involved in Internet Marketing, there is one activity a great many people avoid; building their opt in subscriber list. The cornerstone of virtually any successful entrepreneur using the Internet to market their products and services is a responsive opt in subscriber list. No matter what your industry, who your market is, or what product you offer, your business is a sales and marketing business.
