What Attracts Women - Based on the Psychology of Love

What attracts women? Psychologists say that men become attracted to women who have higher reproductive abilities like more female hormones and an hour glass body shape. Why did I go to the gym instead of rest in bed? Why didn't I wait until I fully recovered from my injury?
