Oneness
To be One with Oneself does not exclude others. In the midst of everyday "doings" we can be One as we Meditate on the Power of the Present Moment. How to BE One when One is lied to, cheated, ignorant, disappointed, powerless, hopeless, sad, depessed, oppressed, suppressed, unloved, selfish, controlling, judgmental, sick, addicted, poor, emotional, weak and so on. As One puts his/her mind and heart int the Oneness of Life with Life, All things are possible. When One feels as though Life has ben cruel then One's heart is closed to a renewing of the old.
