Calories today just aren’t what they used to be… Humans generally eat “food” from 3 categories: plants (fruits and vegetables), animal (beef, chicken, eggs, etc.) and synthetic man made (aspartame, saccharin, olestra, butylated hydroxyanisole, and all those other ingredients on the list that you can’t pronounce!)
