What Do You Love About Yourself?

Can you answer that question quickly and with a nice long list? If you can’t you’re not alone. So many people really struggle with this question. If I asked you the questio "What do you dislike about yourself?" Would the answers flow freely and make a long list? If so, again, you have lots of company. What got me thinking about this topic again was our monthly full moon gathering.

Are You So Busy That You Are Missing What’s Right in Front of You?

One of the key ways we sabotage ourselves is by keeping so busy that we have no room to breathe and no room to be present. We multi-task ourselves to death while overbooking our schedules and can barely see straight. I know. I’ve been there and slip into that pattern most easily. What I know for sure is that it is extremely detrimental to our success. It literally inhibits our ability to create wealth in all areas of our lives.

Stillness Is The Question And The Answer

Not that long ago I finished reading Elizabeth Gilbert’s bestselling book "Eat, Pray, Love". I had first stumbled upon it in the tiny (and only) café store on Monhegan Island this summer. It sounded intriguing but when I went back to purchase it there were none left. I didn’t ...

Money Makes the World Go 'Round

Copyright 2005, Paula Gregorowicz and The Paula G. Company I got to thinking about money after a meeting the other day. It is probably the #1 worry people have. I would say health comes first, but it only seems to outrank money if something is wrong, rarely does it come first from a position ...

My 5 Most Powerful Daily Habits

We all have habits, some good, some bad. Or shall I say, some that move us forward toward an inspiring future and others that keep us stuck in the past. Habits are where the intersection between life and business becomes even more blurry than usual (and those of you that read me regularly know I have a pretty expanded concept of how life and business intersect). This is why I wanted to share my most powerful daily habits with you.

Have you ever noticed lately that things seem to speed up almost daily? Ask anyone and they’ll tell you that times have changed and in order to succeed in today’s fast paced environment, you need to pick up and keep up the pace. What I find most curious about this proclamation of life is that ...

How to Avoid Unintended Consequences from Incomplete Communications

I was watching the recent on-air interview reconciliation betwee Oprah and Iyanla Vanzant (a former protégé of Oprah’s who vanished from the TV scene eleven years ago) and have to say I was shocked. Shocked but not surprised that even two powerful, successful women who are each spiritual leaders in their own right fell prey to the unintended consequences that come when communications are incomplete and assumptions are made. When the lack of full confidence in who you are sets you up for disaster.

Thinking About It

“Thinking About It” is Another Way of Saying I Choose More of the Same Last week after I spoke to a group of professional woman about three key elements to creating a new, more confident you, one member of the audience said to me, “I really loved your talk; you’ve given me a lot to go home and think about.” While I am grateful she really enjoyed my presentation, her comments spoke volumes to me about one of the biggest pitfalls you can make. One of the worst things you can do after you’ve been emotionally moved by something is to do absolutely nothing. I call it:
