Managing The Transition Times

There have been some big bursts of energy arriving on the planet. These can feel pretty intense, bringing up anxiety, worry and fear. You might be experiencing tightness in your solar plexus making it hard to take a deep breath, digestive disturbances or feeling weak, exhausted or shaky. Another possibility is heart palpitations. Luckily for me when this happened in the stationary store my magical daughter was with me. She put her hand over my heart and made it all better! Another possibility is allergy like symptoms, manifesting on your skin (itch, itch) or sinuses (ah-chooo!).

Ahrazu Talks About Shame And Ascension.

Most religions and spiritual teachings are based on polarity, good and bad. The basic Christian premise is that if you are good, based on their specifications, then you get to go to Heaven. And of course, if you are bad, then you go to Hell. Most other religions have similar rules.

Splash Out and the Spiritually Incorrect Room

The people I work with (play with!) are wonderful. They are so willing to uncreate all the belief systems, past hurts and other limitations and to embrace radical transformation! I love what I do because I get to spend time with these courageous and creative people. Generally we have a lot of fun and move a lot of energy. At the end of a session they feel really different, clear, peaceful and confident. Sometimes, a few days later they experience what seems like all the old crap coming back in the form of negative emotions or dramas in their lives. What is going on with that?

Caring For Your Body In The New Energy

Let's talk about New Years Resolutions. What is a resolution? In my dictionary resolution means "the thing determined upon; a decision as to future action". It is based on the word resolute meaning "fixed and firm in purpose". That sounds pretty heavy and not fun to me. And aren't we supposed to be living in the "now" (not the future) and going with the flow (not fixed)? How do you create your reality?

Shame and Your Divinity

I've been writing a series called Playing with Language where I look at the origins and energies of specific words. Words carry and convey these hidden meanings and energies so it is a good idea to know what you are actually saying. (You can find more words on my Blog). The most recent word is Shame. 1. The painful feeling arising from the consciousness of something dishonorable, improper, ridiculous, etc., done by oneself or another: 2. Disgrace; ignominy: His actions brought shame upon his parents.

Embracing Destruction

Human life, like the life cycle of your planet, follows cycles. In order for there to be new growth in Spring, first there must be the death of the old growth in Fall and Winter. In order for there to be creation, there must be destruction. That is the nature of this reality.

A Visit From Count St. Germain

In the spring of 1999, while grocery shopping I was approached by a man who wanted my advice on choosing a piece of meat. I wasn't sure, and told him so. He asked another man, who had even less idea tha I did because he was a vegetarian. An older woman joined us wanting to know what was best, ...

Get Ready For First Contact

Ahrazu is a Sirian Being commonly known as the Egyptian God Osiris, brother and husband of Isis. (Osiris is the Greek name. The Ancient Egyptians called him Asar, Aser, Ausar, Ausir, Wesir, or Ausare.) In the myth of Isis and Osiris, Osiris’s brother Set is jealous of Osiris and eventually cuts his body into pieces and buries the pieces in the earth. Ahrazu told me that this story is symbolic of Ahrazu fragmenting part his energetic self (Oversoul) into individual fragments (Souls) and casting them into physical inca ation.

The Transition Times: Is This Energy Mine?

What is happening on our planet? So many people are having the experience of swinging from feeling like things are going well and they are really on their path, to having all the old stuff come up again. It can be frustrating and dis-heartening. Why are we having all these energetic swings?

Opening To Receive

Receiving is one of the words that is used a lot in metaphysical circles, especially in relationship to “being willing to receive” money. Let’s look at the definition. Receive: From Latin recipere, meaning “regain, take back” It’s a combination of the prefix re- which had two meanings “again” and “back to the original place”, + -cipere, which is a form of capere “to take” (see capable). To receive means to take again and to take back to the original place.

From "In Service" To Inspiration

Last week I heard a woman interviewed on our local “personal development” radio station. She had just returned from a retreat with a Master. She was asked what was the most powerful transformation she had experienced during the retreat. She answered that she now felt more like the Master, whom she described as living his life, “totally in service” and as being, “completely self-less”. I thought, “What’s the problem with having a self?”

Becoming Your God Self

The Transformation/Ascension Process that is happening on this planet is requiring us to get bigger. We must become aware of and reintegrate parts of our selves that we have hidden. In order to step out of the illusion of polarity, for instance, we must accept our shadow parts. The end goal is to reclaim our true state as Angels/Creator/God. This process is designed to increase your awareness of your Greater Self, the Angel/Creator/God. This exercise guides you to awareness of and eventually integration with (or the shift of the lens of consciousness to) the Greater Self.

Cosmic Weather Report: Has The New Year Started Yet?

The beginning of 2011 has been about releasing old stuff (yes, still!). A lot of us have been saying "goodbye" to people, places, things that were ready to go (whether we felt that way or not) and parts of ourselves that no longer serve us. The planet received some cosmic energy transmissions and dealing with this and the "goodbyes" can have been exhausting. The first few weeks of 2011 were not "perky".r

Confessions Of A Spiritual Teacher: Thank God (Dess) I Don't Have To Be Perfect

Perfection (doing it right) is not required to be a Spiritual Teacher. Actually, imperfection is required. Imperfection opens the way for connection and safety, which are absolutely required for a Teacher (more on this later). If I had to be perfect, I probably wouldn't be writing this and you wouldn't be reading this article. If I had to be perfect I would never be doing the work that I love so much. If I had to be perfect, my children would (probably) not be the happy, successful and wonderfully amazing people that they are (at least not yet).r

Embodiment. A Channel From Ahrazu

Most of you are fence sitters. You are not sure that you really want to be here. How many times have we heard you say, “If things don’t get better, then I’m out of here!”? This is a catch 22, because things won’t get better unless you truly choose to be here now, no matter what. It is your resistance to committing to being here, to fully embody your biology and reality that is causing the pain and problems in the first place. Embodiment. You have no idea what it really means.
