Albert Grande

Albert Grande is the Pizza Promoter, he celebrates all aspects of pizza. "It's more than just pizza" says Grande.

He is the owner of Pizza Therapy, a website devoted to all things pizza. You will find pizza tips, pizza tricks and pizza tales. Included is an extensive listing of the Best Pizza in the World.

Grande has authored his own resource about pizza called The Pizza Therapy Pizza Book. This volume will take anyone step by step through the pizza making process.

Pizza Therapy has promoted pizza on television, newspapers, magazines, radio, the Internet and three books about pizza. These include, American Pie: My Search for the Perfect Pizza by Peter Reinhart, A Slice of Heaven, by Ed Levine, and Everybody Loves Pizza by Jeff Ruby and Penny Pollack.

He has created a number of pizza and marketing videos which can be seen at the Pizza Therapy Channel on YouTube. his video "How to make pizza dough from pizza therapy.com" has been viewed over one half million times.

Grande is involved in a number of pizza projects in the media and Internet. He has become a featured published with his blog: The Pizza Blog from pizzatherapy.com as well as the Legends of Pizza project. The Legends of Pizza Project is a series of interviews with some of the greatest pizzaiolo in America. The interviews include Chris Bianco, of Pizzeria Bianco, Gary Bimonte, of Frank Pepe's Pizzeria Napoletana, Tony Gemignani, of Tony's Pizzeria, and the late Ed LaDue, the creator of Wolfgang Pucks Pizza as well as the creaotr of the pizza used at California Pizza Kitchen.

Grande in addidition to being the Pizza Promoter is involved in a number of Internet related projects. He is the creator of Hawaii Business Videos a website dedicated to promoting brick and mortar businesses with Internet video.
