• former church officer - trained in socio-marketing and socio-management, pastoral care and therapeutic peadagogic with tasks a business analyst, concept developer, project manager, trainer and lecturer for 18 years

• working in the Learning and Development industry (training, coaching, teambuilding) as employee, contractor and entrepreneur - for authorities, charities, small business and global players in the last 12years

• since 2008 accredited with the Association for Coaching (AC) and associated with Human Communication Ltd to work as Member of the GFI Blackswan Executive Coaching Team on he Rio Tinto Coaching to Lead Programme

• meditation practice since 1974 and developer of a coaching approach based on introspection and meditative techniques registered and protected as trade mark MbM-Management by Meditation™
