Aliesa George established Centerworks® Pilates in 1994. She received her initial Pilates training & certification through The Pilates Studio, New York, NY. Additional Matwork & Concentration 101 certifications were completed though The Physical/Mind Institute in Santa Fe, NM.
Aliesa has a degree in Modern Dance from Texas Christian University, is a Gold-Certified as a Pilates Teacher through the Pilates Method Alliance, ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Leader, and is certified as a teacher of Bigu Qigong for weight-loss, weight-management by the International Institute of Chinese Medicine. Aliesa George has been teaching movement techniques for over 25 years.
