In a nutshell, I help people change their life and create the life they know is totally possible. I empower poeple to Know what they Know.

I draw upon a range of tools, processes, and techniques including: Access Consciousness tools and processes; NLP coaching, EFT; and Hypnotherapy.

I also offer hands-on body processes and modalities too, including: Access Bars; Access Energetic Facelift, and Reiki

Each person is different, and so what they require is different too, and so each session follows the energy of what the person requires at that time.

Sessions can be held face-to-face, over the phone, or via skype, so geography is no limtation.
