I am passionate about helping people achieve their ideal work life balance. As a mother, student, wife, employee, Girl Scout leader, etc., I often found it difficult to manage everything. At one point in my life, I had a husband, three young children, was in graduate school, worked 50-60 hours a week, led a Girl Scout troop, taught an adult Sunday school class, helped my husband with his business, and managed everything at home. Then I wondered why I was tired all the time! Over time, I figured out several strategies that helped me regain balance in my life. Now my mission is to help others slow down and live the life they always dreamed of!
