After spending several years in an unfulfilling corporate career, I decided to persue my true dream and become a counselor. I currently hold an PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, an M.A. in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling, as well as a Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy.

My main area of expertise is couples therapy, including sex therapy. I believe passionately in the possibility for happy, peaceful and satisfying marriages for everyone.

Relationships require care and nurturing. I find that communication is usually the biggest issue with couples. As your "relationship consultant" I will teach you proven techniques that you can take home to improve communication.

I treat my clients holistically; that is I help them look for many factors that could be contributing to their discomfort, which can also put stress on their relationship. Utilizing the latest research, I make suggestions and teach simple techniques to help my clients reduce stress.
