Beata Antoszek ia a life-long camping enthusiast and a mother of a six-year old son. She is a publisher of www.MomandDadCamping.com. She is dedicated to inspiring others to live healthier and happier lives through being closer to nature, natural medicine and spiritual practices. She loves the outdoors, yoga, meditation, vegeterian and raw food.

Beata started her camping adventure as a little girl in Poland. Every year her parents took her camping for summer vacation, first with a tent and later with a tiny little camper. When she moved to Canada she was re-introduced to camping by her husband Jacek. Togehter they visited many Provincial Parks in Ontario. After their son Mark was born they acquired a trailer and became seasonal campers at Red Bay on Bruce Peninsula, Ontario. Beata decided to inform and inspire other parents to take their kids camping, where they can develop their sense of wonder and adventure.
