Bob Waxman is an author, educator, and featured speaker on the topics of Comparative Spirituality, The Near-Death Experience (NDE), and Survival of Consciousness After Death. He has been interviewed on national TV and radio, and is the author of: 2012: The Meaning and The Message, Kabbalah Simply Stated, The Power of AWE, and The Seven Principles of Esoteric Philosophy.
With humor and simplicity, Bob explains the mysteries, hidden meanings, and similarities found in esoteric philosophies. Since 1998, thousands have attended his classes and presentations that are filled with startling facts, amazing theories, and the latest scientific advances in consciousness studies.
Additionally, Bob offers a multi-media presentation focusing on "the 2012 controversy". During this two hour event, he separates fact from fiction and deciphers the true meaning of the Mayan Calendar. Bob also offers seminars and workshops on the comparative aspects of spiritual traditions including: Kabbalah, Gnosticism, Taoism, Vedanta, Sufism, Zen, Mahayana Buddhism, and The Perennial Philosophy. He is a frequent guest speaker at education centers and a wide variety of religious and philosophical organizations. Bob received his Masters Degree from Skidmore College and is currently working on his Ph.D. in Human Sciences at Saybrook University.
