Hello my name is Cath. I am a Registered General Nurse (RGN)and a Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) and have a post graduate diploma in cognitive therapy
I have specialised in working with women who have experienced abuse, people with addictions and people experiencing common problems such as anxiety and depression. I have also worked with people with a wide range of other issues, such as, post-traumatic stress disorder, OCD and chronic pain.
I predominantly use cognitive therapy but am also skilled in other forms of therapy such as solution focused brief therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and hypnotherapy. I am also a qualified life coach.
