Detached Observation Meditation
Remember laying on your back as a kid, and watching the clouds without trying to change them, control them, or pass judgment on them? These are the very same qualities we look for in the practice of Detached Observation. This was J. Krishnamurti's favorite form of meditation, and the following description is based upon his work. Introduction to Meditation
Everything you experience, see, hear, touch, smell, taste, think, anticipate, remember, every emotion you feel, everything you have or will ever experience, is experienced in your mind. Others prefer to practice indoors, due to poor weather, or desire for privacy. Walking Meditation should generally be practiced for bet

Yoga and the Art of Stretching
Stretching should feel wonderful. If there is any discomfort and pain, then you are not stretching muscles. More likely the muscles have contracted to protect themselves, and the fascia surrounding the muscle fibers is binding in an effort to immobilize the area so that you can do no further damage. If you feel discomfort when stretching you are most likely straining ligaments, tendons and there origins and insertions. Your body does not like this and tells you to stop by sig
