I have studied extensivly in S India, with various guru;s and resided at different yoga centres in the last 20 years, lately I have been drawn again and again to the core teaching of Advaita Vedanta, and spent many weeeks in Tamil Nadu especially the holy hill Arunachala, see my website www.healingsoles.net
I am currently recording a new CD of 11 songs connected with the truth of our nature, which is emptiness and boundless spac and bliss.
I can offer guidance and support in the realm of meditation as a life experiance, and teach hatha yoga and offer ayurvedic massage retreats, I can travel and share my unique skills...This is an ongoing journey which will lead to the naked state prior to conception....
