After retiring from 23 years as a court reporter, I used my art training from Washington State University to create "I Believe In Me," a book of affirmations for children. This book won the National Athena Award for book as mentor in the category of spirituality. Over 56,000 copies have been sold worldwide and it has been translated into Spanish. The Huffington Post listed it as one of "50 Inspiring Children's Books With a Positive Message." "I Turn to the Light" was my second book which has sold over 15,000 copies to date. My latest children's affirmation book is an ebook entitled "I Create My World." The affirmations in this book highlight the Law of Attraction.

I have combined my three greatest loves of animals, art and metaphysics into a thriving pet portrait business, having completed over 400 paintings in just under five years. I specialize in bringing an animal's spirit to life on canvas. I love to connect with an animal's vital energy and have helped those grieving the loss of their pet with the creation of a custom portrait.
