I believe that a Holistic approach to Massage Therapy and a nurturing touch can greatly effect and enhance a persons health and well being on a direct and intimate level.

I bring 15 years of bodywork experience and intuitive touch to my practice, and a focus on women and pregnant women for the past eight years. I was on staff with Northweste Memorial Physician's Group, the largest OB/GYN group affiliated with Northweste Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL. From 2002 through 2006 I worked in the hospital focusing on Pre and Postnatal work, High Risk pregnancy and women on bed rest, post C-section work, Sciatica,Cancer, and Postpartum Depression.

I do much In Hospital bedside work and believe that massage therapy is as effective as a dose of any pain medicine. And the power of hands on nurturence cannot be overstated.

My work over the years has developed into a comforting mix of muscle-specific Shiatsu, deep tissue work, Swedish strokes and slow Myofascial release. But it is always geared toward the kind of work that best suits the client.
