I've been a hypnotherapist for over 20 years, and have helped clients with issues ranging from eating disorders to panic attacks, addictions, phobias, anxiety, and stress, to name a few. Many people are "stuck" in the past, and need to change the negative mind tapes that are holding them back. I believe strongly in the power of self-hypnosis, as it helped me overcome some major anxiety disorders.

I taught clients the basic principles of self-hypnosis, and provided them with a script particular to their unique issue. Although I am no longer in private practice, my online site serves as my platform. I am available 24/7 to help clients with their problems and concerns.
