In my search for THE truth and the optimum ways to live, I tried 19 different approaches before ending up at the Bible. But my background in engineering and psychology required me to be able to verify that I wasn't just engaging in another myth or flawed system. The Bible did end up passing my scrutiny, which I prove even scientifically in my book THE PROOF that God exists and the Bible is true. But in my work, I also utilize the "greatest hits" of what I discovered in psychology and spirituality.
