Her blue-chip career began in product managementrnat S.C. Johnson Wax where she handled industry favorites like Glade, OFF! andr Raid. She then advanced to McCormick Spice Company as new products manager. Later, she joined the Durkee-French Foods division of Reckitt & Colman,rnmanaging French's and Colman's mustard lines. At these organizations, Dianernalso created and facilitated successful leading-edge programs in marketing andrnmanagement.

In 1992 Diane founded her company, Advanced Leadership Group. She currently instructsr Leadership to adult learners at Farleigh Dickinson University.

Afterrngraduating cum laude with a BA in economics, Diane received an MBA in marketingrnfrom the Cornell Graduate School of Management. She is an honored member ofr International Who's Who and appears in the National Directory of Who's Who inr Executives and Professionals. She has also been chosen Woman of the Year byrnthe American Business Women's Association-Morris County Chapter, MVP ofrnthe Parsippany, NJ Area Chamber of Commerce and is the 2007 recipientrnof the prestigious Ralph Ganger Award from her professional association, NNJ-ASTD.

She has activelyrnsupported numerous charities and is often a pro bono speaker for groups and associationsrnthroughout the U.S. Additionally, she has served as a Vice President on ther Board of Directors of the Northern New Jersey Chapter of the American Societyrnfor Training and Development, as President of the Parsippany (NJ) Area Chamberrnof Commerce, and as a Director on the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts.
