How to get started
The Yoga of Dying (yogaofdying.com) is information offered in a workshop format combining the topics of yoga and dying. Savasana, or corpse pose, is practiced in nearly every yoga class, but seldom do we talk about the ultimate use of the pose in the act of dying.
This workshop helps promote your understanding and acceptance of death, and gives you concrete tools for being around people who are near death. This work invites you to live life more fully.
“There was something so exceptionally comforting and calming about this workshop. It gave me a strong feeling that the people I’ve lost are now in a place of bliss, and at the same time, I know they aren’t as far away as I’ve feared.” ~ Melissa Roddy, Yoga Teacher Austin, Texas
