After receiving a degree in Child Development and Family Relations from Southern Illinois University, I taught and worked with preschoolers and families around developmental conce s. I then earned a Masters of Arts in Teaching from Northweste University, and continued to teach at both the preschool and elementary levels as well as coaching parents in finding their most effective parenting style. Upon my move to Califo ia, I attained licensure as a Marriage, Family Therapist. I have been enjoying my work in private practice for over twenty years, first as a psychotherapist and the last 10 years, coaching individuals, couples, teens and families.

Currently, I facilitate therapeutic coaching with individuals, families and groups, private supervision and consultation, focused on 12 step work, life/relationships and money coaching. I work with people to live their unique, authentic life and purpose.

After years of doing traditional psychotherapy, I have found that all the understanding of issues does not change a person. The one thing that creates change is ACTION.
