He has earned numerous awards throughout his career which started in the manufacture of Tactical Laser Weapons for the US Army. Over the years he held leadership positions in Manufacturing, Sales, Quality, Engineering & Test and Program Management in product lines that span both defense and commercial applications. He has traveled to 13 countries and lived in three (Mexico, the UK and of course the US). He has a BS in Business from Excelsior College, University of New York and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland giving him a unique international perspective on business and people.
