Integrating Technology into Personal Development and Wellness Expert

Erin Alexander Quick Facts
My practice focuses on personal development and wellness. I use primarily solution-focused and person-centered techniques. I assign homework and recommend specific readings, so that clients can engage in a more proactive, personal development process. I work with the following populations: Active duty military, couples, and adults. A large part of my work includes individual sessions for clients on behalf of Employee Assistance Programs, and work site presentations/workshops that focus on management training and wellness topics.
As my practice grows, I continue to incorporate technology into self-improvement on a number of levels. I attend workshops and seminars on topics that have been changing the health and wellness industry over the last several years. I also understand the importance of educating the public about how technology can safely be used in coaching, consulting work, and personal development.
Some clients are interested in only the wellness and personal development services, like life coaching, Reflexology with essential oils, so I have started including these in my practice also. I am a firm beliver in the holistic view of living, which means taking care of the mind, body, and spirit.
