Francesco Castano opened his IncrediBody.com business in January of 1997, and since then has assisted over 25,000 people around the world in muscle building, fat loss and strength increase. He has hundreds of success testimonials from men and women of all ages posted on both his MuscleNOW.com and FatVanish.com sites, and was the first to offer lifetime email personal training as part of his program.
