GREG BUSTIN helps leaders capitalize on change. He has worked with executives – including the chief executives of many of America's most respected companies – in connection with new ventures, takeover attempts, crises, bankruptcies, industry deregulation and market entries. And he's directed the launches of more than 100 new products and services. Bustin's views about effective management have been published in The Wall Street journal, Financial Executive, The Dallas Morning News and elsewhere, and he also speaks frequently on business and leadership issues. He served as a national judge evaluating marketing excellence from 1987-2002. He founded Bustin & Co. in 1994 after serving as executive vice president of Edelman Worldwide and general manager of a division of what is now DDB Worldwide. Bustin is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, and from 1998 until this summer he served as an advisory board member of the College of Communication. Bustin is a board member of the Dallas chapter of the Turnaround Management Association, and since 1998 has been actively involved in Dallas 100, the program recognizing fast-growing companies. He serves on the Leadership Council of the Texas Health Research Institute. He is the author of Take Charge! How Leaders Profit From Change. His second book Lead The Way - Charting A Course To Win is due to be released in May 2008.
