I assist with improving relationships, self-esteem, all aspects of self-improvement, weight problems, (reluctance to) maintaining a healthy/happy lifestyle, addiction, stress and stress-related issues (including PTSD).

I coach wellness, development and success through individual/organizational improvement in health, happiness and achievement. I also specialize in Self-Development as a means to finding a meaningful life and inner peace. I've helped many to unleash their potential and achieve (and exceed) their goals.

I am also a registered nurse and ordained minister. I have taught spiritual recovery to the incarcerated and given spiritual counseling to inmates and their families. I have over two decades of experience in the area of self-development; and have used EFT with individuals, groups and corporations with great success. In addition to all that, I’m a certified NLP practitioner and clinical hypnotherapist. Hence, I am able to create tailor-made plans/sessions that perfectly suit YOUR NEEDS.
