Helga Rahn, owner of Inner Harmony Hypnosis, has been in private practice since the year 2000, helping clients to resolve and release limiting thoughts, beliefs, perceptions and hurtful emotions causing their current life problems. Her session work covers a wide variety of emotional challenges and addictions, as well as physical disease and illness. Helga also offers group workshops and lectures to help the public gain a better understanding of the limitless uses of hypnosis as a healing and self improving modality.
