How to get started

In 1997 I made a decision to stop trying to live my life based on the expectations and values of others and start to live my life based on my values and my expectations. Ten years on and I have faced overwhelming challenges from life and received exceptional support from inspirational teachers.
This combination of challenge and support enabled me to develop high levels of confidence in other people, confidence in the world around me, confidence in my future and most importantly, it has given me the confidence to be myself.
I now dedicate my time & energy to helping others do the same whether in their professional lives through work, or in their personal lives.
It all starts with making the decision to change.
