She has been certified by the Board of Certification for Professional Organizers as a Certified Professional Organizer (CPO®). In addition, she has earned certificates of study in Chronic Disorganization & Basic ADD issues from the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization. Ilene also has a B.S. degree in Business Administration.
