Jenn Prothero is a certified Angel Therapy Practitioner, registered with Doreen Virtue. She is also a Reiki Practitioner, a Crystal Healer, a Meditation Facilitator, a teacher, writer, and radio personality. She also offers intuitive life coaching sessions and has just released her first book, a childrens book, Fairies Teach Forgiveness.
She runs a private healing practice in Chatham Ontario, where she combines her gifts to acheive the best results from a session for her clients. Jenn is an empath, she is clairvoyant and clairsentient. She enjoys connecting with her clients with the highest intentions for their highest good. Jenn has produced a guided meditation cd, which takes you on a journey within to find your inner peace.

We all live with some type of fear in our daily lives, we don't always know it's there, or that it controls our thoughts, but it's there. There are healthy fears that keep you safe, like the fear of getting burnt, which keeps you a safe distance from extreme heat. The fears I am talking about are the illusions in your heads, even the ones you have at a subconscious level and are not even aware of. The ones that keep you stuck and feeling paralyzed.

Inspired by Pain
Why is it that we wait for pain to invade our lives before we decide to make the changes we so desperately know we need to make? This has proven to be true in all areas of our lives for years. For example take the environment, we don’t give it any thought until it is hurting our pocket book, and then we decide we need to do something about the damage we are causing. If only we had given it the respect it had deserved all along we would not be were we are, we would not be paying the price for our mistakes.

Guilt is a Useless Emotion
I once read a poem in my doctor’s office that went something like this: If a child is raised in anger, he will feel anger. If a child is raised with guilt, he will feel guilty. If a child is raised with shame, he will feel shame. If a child is raised in love, he will feel love. Of course that is not the whole poem, but you get the point. At the time, the poem was just something to read while I waited. Today the meaning is very clear to me.

There has been a lot of media coverage on the “Occupy Wallstreet” situation. It is good to see citizens standing up and speaking their truth. Do you remember the people of Wisconsin standing up last year. It’s about time we stood together on what we care about, and I don’t see that this will be the last of it.
