Jody Brown

I'm the mother of four, all born at home, and grandmother to three, the last one also born at home. My journey through pregnancy and birth is initially what started me on my spiritual path, although I didn't realize it at the time.

I've been a Suzuki piano instructor since 1976. I have been blessed to work with students with special needs, particularly those on the autistic spectrum. Additionally, I trained as a Bradley Instructor and taught childbirth education classes from 1978 until 1994. I took my initial Reiki training in 2001 (September 11, in fact!) and started my Yoga and Meditation practice in 2003.

This past spring of 2008 I took the Simple Abundance Certified Leader Training. In addition to teaching piano and meditation classes, I now offer workshops on transformational change through the six principles of Simple Abundance - Gratitude, Simplicity, Order, Beauty, Harmony and Joy.
