Coach Julia Marrocco is President of Mental Iron Coaching, a Portland, Oregon based business consulting and coaching firm. She is a high-powered, results-oriented executive coach, as well as professional presenter of workshops and seminars.

Her typical clients are senior executives in corporations or non-profit organizations with annual revenues between 10Million and 20Billion.

She facilitates retreats and other special business events and facilitates Business Masterminds.

She specializes in behavioral analysis, emotional intelligence, and workplace addiction.

She is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants and the International Coach Federation.

She is the Founder of Executives in Recovery. She also volunteers for Big Brothers Big Sisters, Portland Rescue Mission, and Shared Hope International. She is a spokesperson for human slavery/trafficking and homelessness and addiction issues, and is a well-known business keynoter on the topic of leadership and change.

Marrocco has a 30-year track record in sales and sales management. She was a 20-year veteran in the real estate industry, in sales, management, company ownership, mergers & acquisitions, commercial and international sales, and consulting. Inspired by Jim Rohn, she began building a culture of personal development in her own company about 17 years ago, and has been coaching and consulting ever since.

Marrocco has a background in performing arts. Before her successful real estate career, she owned a ballet studio, where she taught classical ballet. She is no stranger to the stage, whether speaking, acting, dancing, or singing. She grew up in Ithaca, NY and attended Cornell University.

Marrocco is currently working on her second book "The Case", a business novel.
