Hello, what seems to be the problem? "Well Dr, my life is just not as happy is it should be. I'm not at peace, I don't love, or find joy as often as I want. My success, family, and life is ok, but its not amazing. I think that there is something wrong." Ok, lets check your perspective temperature......, oops, looks like you have an infected perspective (TM)

Ok, so all kidding aside Your perspective is the way you judge and react to all events in your presence. Your presence is anything that you see, feel, hear about etc. Most of our perspectives are based on our parents, society, environment and patters that we have developed to survive, however these perspectives do not support you in creating success, happiness, or joy in your life.

So its time to un-infect your perspective. Its time to learn to see, judge and react correctly, and this involves a perspective change or shift. Where does your happiness come from? Where do you find peace, and what is "Your Definition." This is what I teach and help people with.

Fear - Fear is never in the NOW. Fear is always based on the past, or the future. - You think something bad might happen to you. - You did something bad and you think there might be bad consequences. - If right NOW someone has a gun to your head the fear is not based on right NOW. The fear is based on what could happen soon. The fear is that you are about to get shot and or killed. If the person with the gun was your friend and you knew the gun was empty, and you knew this person would never hurt you then your fear would be diminished greatly.

Are you just forgetful, don’t know how, or are you choosing not to be happy? I just got home from a conference in Bermuda where I got to spend some time with Fred Johnson www.fredjohnsonvoice.com. Fred and I were walking together he looked at me and said “Are you happy today, Justin.” I was not “unhappy,” but at the same time, I was not a 10 on the happiness scale, if there is such a thing. Nothing bad had happened, I mean, I was in Bermuda, how could I not be happy? I realized that I was not my normal self and that I really was happy.

Hello super human, lets talk for a moment. Think about these thoughts as they relate to you and then we will discover if you really are a super hero, or if you have super hero potential. Your level of wealth does not define you. Your looks don’t define you. Your job, success, house, or favorite football team does not define you. Not even your possible super human strength holds your definition.
