I helped “Jane” with her food cravings and start her on the road to success with healthy diet to lose her additional 20 pounds. “Jane” worked two jobs and had a weakness for potato chips which were easily available at the snack bar near her desk at her evening part time job. Warning!!! DO NOT Work with them!
Sound familiar? I was just at a networking event and was speaking to an acquaintance of mine who was telling me her most recent sad story of a resource she hired going “haywire”. She hired a copywriter and was very disappointed with the results. Every time I talk to her, she has another story about how someone didn’t do the work they were supposed to, or someone was too busy to do what they said they would or someone’s work was below standard. It drains me even to listen to her so much that I find an excuse to end the conversation and walk away.

Would You Like An Easier Method to Dealing With Conflict?
Cali is so much healthier than most dogs her age (which is 14.5 years old) however, she isn’t immune to things, and lately, we’ve had more visits to the Vet and to the Animal Hospital than in the past. It’s scary and frightening until I have answers on how to help her. She’s been getting a lot of her regular and preventive care from a fabulous holistic Vet who Cali and I adore. When we’re at the traditional animal hospital, there can be a bit of conflict sometimes on the best way to treat my girl. I’ve had to learn a lot of patience in this area.

When "imitation" is not the best form of flattery
When I was a flight attendant (back when it was actually fun to be one), I worked with so many different types of personalities. One crew member was so silly and dramatic. I remember him so clearly. He was able to get away with saying anything and passengers would just laugh. He had the absolute best delivery. One of his famous lines to passengers asking if he had an extra pen they could use was, “Do you mean to tell me you’re traveling internationally and you didn’t bother to bring a pen. That doesn’t seem very smart”.
