Hello, my name is Kerry-A Matthews. After giving birth to two beautiful babies, I was left with 75 extra pounds. Although I was over joyed at the presence of my two blessings, I also felt quite depressed just thinking about trying to lose all that weight. During my post secondary studies, I had taken many different courses that focused on not only nutrition and healthy eating, both also on the negative psychological effects of dieting. I decided that I was going to lose weight without those feelings of deprivation and hungry. So with the encouragement and support of my wonderful husband, I was able to create delicious meals and desserts that helped me to lose weight without ever feeling hungry or deprived. As a result of this weight loss I created a program which has the exact meals I ate to achieve my loss, and created a website to promote that program. I have also written over thirty articles that focus on achieving and maintaining weight loss.
