Kieran Revell is an Executive Leadership Consultant/Speaker/Coach/Author, specializing in Spiritual Leadership principles. He assists employers, employees and everyday individuals improve their lives through understanding and embracing the value and integrity-based principles, through his '7 Pearls of Spiritual Leadership Wisdom' initiative. From age 7 until 17, Kieran suffered the debilitating effects of a severe speech stammer which saw him spiral into a dark hole of depression. He struggled against bullying and feelings of isolation as he slowly came to terms with his physical disability. It was to become one of the longest and loneliest periods of his life.

Through initiatives he instigated himself, Kieran was able to correct his speech problems and has gone on the become a well-respected, compassionate and thought driven leader.

Kieran made the radical decision some years ago to spend time living on the streets. He wanted to better understand and appreciate the plight of the homeless. During that enlightening time he met some wonderful people, listening to stories of pain, struggle and heartache. He gained a greater understanding of their issues and for the first time, came face to face with the raw nature of humanity. From this point, Kieran realized his life's purpose.

Kieran began to build in his mind, a clear direction in which he understood life was proceeding. He knew in his heart that personal growth is not simply about assisting ourselves to evolve, but also giving ourselves the space to improve. In doing that, we have the real capacity to assist other people to formulate and embrace a richer and more prosperous future.
