In his individual capacity as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Business Process Excellence professional, he has helped organizations both small and large, across the Globe, to improve their business results by helping them remove Defects or Deviations from Products/Services and also helping them to reduce Delays resulting in delivering faster services/products to the customers.
