Krystal Sautter

Krystal Sautter is CEO of Moving Beyond the Bricks specializing in home-based workforce implementations. She has a diverse background of over 20 years contact center experience in multiple industries. Krystal has leadership expertise in key phases of change management with functional expertise in process implementation, organizational structure and technology implementation. She brings her clients the ability to conceptualize and develop strategies for action and implementation. As a key contributor in leading cultural change, she has spearheaded the development and implementation of strategic initiatives including Cultural Transformations, High Performance Work Teams, Best Practice applications, and Voice of the Customer initiatives. Her experience includes implementing an at-home program consisting of 80+ Consumer Affairs representatives working from home for ConAgra Foods, one of North America’s leading packaged food companies. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska (B.S.) and Bellevue University (M.A., Management).
