Luis Fallas

Through his dedication, dynamic personality, and enthusiasm, Luis Fallas has become one of the most renowned Hispanic motivational speakers in the United States and Latin America. As a leader in the field of personal development his practical methods have positively changed the lives of hundreds of people around the world.

Since his childhood this Costa Rican native has demonstrated exemplary leadership qualities, both academically and within his community. In 1995 Luis Fallas decided to utilize his leadership skills and seek new opportunities by coming to the United States to fulfill his dreams.

A short time after he began working in the business world, Luis Fallas was introduced to the concept of self-motivation by others who had achieved great accomplishments in their lives. Their success inspired him to attend several seminars, discussions, and workshops about self-motivation and personal development. His desire to learn more about the study of human behavior brought him to the Hispanic Institute of Personal Development in New York City.

In 1998, he became the founder and president of the Center for Personal Development. He currently travels to different countries speaking at seminars, conferences, and workshops and is also the author of several books and pamphlets on self-improvement and personal development.
