Below are 19 common deductions for someone working from home (as over 90% of coaches do). Have fun and enjoy spending your income on deductible related expenses. I like to spend my money on coaching and life improvement or success books, and on coach training materials or programs. Keep track of your receipts and easily enter the numbers into your accounting books. After you have entered it in, mark the receipt as "entered" and store it in an appropriately labeled envelope. By Mackenzie Pearce Edited by Anitra S. White What Is Coaching? Coaching is a proactive way to change your life. Just like in sports a coach is there to cheer you on. A coach will give you feedback, resources and the support needed to win. In life coaching a successful win would be helping you attain a goal or goals you have set for yourself. Why is coaching better than going it on my own? Coaches are trained and experienced in getting clients to their goals faster and easier than if they had gone it alone. You are 80% more likely to attain your goals with a coach.

A client can decide coaching is not for them based on any number of factors, very few of which have to do with you. Most often they did not realize the commitment level required in changing their lives. You will need to be very clear with yourself on two issues: 1. You are not at fault for this change of heart. You are a wonderful person and a brilliant coach! Life change requires a strong level of commitment, and some people are just not able to bring that forth into their lives at this time.

Work from home mothers are some of the top coaches around. Yes, I said “the top coaches” around. Below are just 10 reasons why: 1. You have great motivation to change the world (and gain an extra income stream while you are at it). 2. You have amazing life experience. Until you have raised a child you do not really understand what it means to really live (and work). 3. You have compassion. 4. You understand and have witnessed what it means to see the world through the eyes of a child and the benefits that come from that. 5.

1. Bringing up fees to early during the first session. No one rnwants to feel like you only see dollar signs when you look at them, and rnannouncing your fees before you have even exchanged pleasantries is rnthe fastest way to make your potential client feel undervalued. The rncorrect time to mention fees would be at the end of your first free rnsession together, after you have gotten to know your them and how rncoaching could help them. The exception to this rule is if the client is rnthe one who brings it up, then do not stall as you are worth every rnpenny.

Steps to improve self esteem. Increase your self esteem and you will increase your income and improve your relationships. No matter what problem has manifested within your environment (not as much money as you'd like, poor relationships)the problems stem from one thing:LACK OF SELF WORTH. Whether you believe in the Laws of the Universe (God's laws)or just in Neuro Linguistic Programming, the formula is still the same:You believe and so you will attract. Authors like Anthony Robbins and Louise L.Hay have spoken on this very topic for years.

Happy, happy New Year! If you are like me you cannot wait to let go of 2009 and all the garbage that came with it (and did there not seem to be more in 2009 then any other year???) then take today to reflect and let go of everything negative and upsetting and just down right sucky from 2009 and get ready for the awesome year of 2010. I let go of the old by throwing stuff out. I really do. I go through my closets and cupboards and just toss away this and that, letting God and the universe know I am moving on.
