How to get started
Online counseling via IM or email. Also, telephone counseling once rapport is established via email or IM. Face-to-face if you are local. I am a licensed counselor and Blue Cross Blue Shield provider in AL, other insurances may also pay (case by case basis). ***Insurance will only pay for face-to-face counseling. Fees are very reasonable. I already have a full-time job but I just enjoy helping others and the fees for online counseling are less expensive. My approach consists of cognitive-behavioral counseling techniques (in clinical terms). Basically that means I help you help yourself, making you aware of the things you need to work on improving or changing in your life. Also, someone for you to be accountable to regarding your thoughts and actions.
