Master Hughes has a long list of accomplishments the last being recognition from the Senate of the State of Texas 2007 . He is listed with numerous agencies including the Cartus data base of trainers.

He has 20 years experience in industry and Business management with a long list of specialized training including from the U.S department of commerce. Known for his leadership of people and initiatives. He is not only a recognized business leader but has been recongized as an expert in Safety and security. He is also a well know Buddhist roshi practicing the arts of Zen. His lineage goes back to the great buddhist master hui neng. He operated the Dainoshin ji in jacksonville for 20 years. and is presently in the Houston area. A grandmaster in the arts of jujitsu.

He holds an M.S. degree in Management of Technology from the University of Texas school of Business and Technology, and holds an A.S in Criminal justice, a B.S in criminology with a focus on social pathology. With a M.S in Management of Industrial technology, he is ver skilled at imporving communication between staff using diffe t technical languages.
